How to select the right plastic material for your final application
25 Nov 2024
Presentation
The most important aspect when designing a new plastic product is the polymer matrix selection.
Mechanical and thermal properties, aesthetics, processability, long durability, health and food regulations, price or potential modifications have to be balanced to find the better performance in our final products.
Based on these points and studying accurately selection will be good and further processes too, normally plastic selection is free of costs but if selection is not good lot of expenses will occur : wrong equipment, molds, dies, another tools, etc.
